Operations Manager
Lisa oversees all daily operations across the site, from managing our business tenancies and spaces to supporting the work of the Coffee Shop & Kitchen.
Ian Blissett
Customer Services & Safety Officer
Ian’s role is to ensure the site and all of our buildings are safe and are being well maintained as well as making sure everyone has what they need in place.

CRT Community Connector and Blog
Jo has an important role in supporting community groups from across the Kent Coalfield communities.

As a trained Chef, Elliott brings energy and ideas in his role as our Catering Team Leader.
