Community HQ
In line with our Charitable Objectives the Aylesham Community Trust offers a special level of support for local clubs and groups that deliver activities that have a clear community benefit. We want to make it easier for you to focus on the things that matter to you. We call this our Community HQ and if your group is eligible you will receive free access to the following:
- Community HQ Welcome pack
- Free use of the Community HQ meeting space including free tea & coffee for your committee and/or group
- Your group details will be added to our website to help you reach even further. If you have a website we will include a link to this too.
- Dedicated space on the physical noticeboard area in the Community HQ space (to share information with other Community HQ Members)
- Free postal box service for your group – we will provide you with a post box on site for your group’s post and deliveries
- Access to a photocopier
- One free use of our Main Hall each year so you can deliver a community event or a fundraiser for your group. The value of this hire is £200!
- Community HQ members only E-newsletter – Find out what other groups are doing in the area and keep each other up to speed with planned activities & events; collaborate and innovate!
